印象管理模型的建构Construction of Impression Management Model

摘要(Abstract):
印象管理是指个体在社会情境中控制目标人形成自己期望印象,并加以维持、保护,或改变已经形成的非期望印象的过程。在回顾过去四种印象管理模型的基础上,文章提出了新的印象管理模型。该模型把印象管理过程分为五个组成部分:印象管理动机、印象构建、自我呈现行为、印象结果评估及反馈调节、和自我监控。同时,讨论了印象管理模型建构的意义。
