摘要(Abstract)：

全球价值链是20世界90年代兴起的关于经济全球化与国际贸易的重要理论,治理和升级是全球价值链治理的两个重点领域。文章梳理了全球价值链概念,综述了全球价值链治理与升级的研究成果。
