广东省青少年击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节屈伸肌力特征分析Isokinetic Strength Analysis of Lower Joints about Teenagers Fencers Athletes in Guangdong Province

摘要(Abstract):
探讨青少年击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节屈伸肌力特征,诊断分析其下肢各关节肌力均衡性及差异性,为运动员力量训练提供科学合理的参考依据.方法:运用美国产CYBEX-Norm等速肌力测试仪对广东省队23名青少年男子击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节进行屈伸肌力测试,选取角速度分别为:髋关节60/120/180(0/s);膝关节60/180/240(0/s)、踝关节30/60/120(0/s);选取峰值力矩、相对峰值力矩、异侧同名肌肉峰值力矩,屈伸肌力比值、肌耐力值以及总功等所测数值作为分析评价运动员下肢三关节肌力的指标.结果显示:青少年击剑运动员髋关节:前腿髋关节屈伸肌力均显著高于后腿;膝关节专项力量特征不明显,即前后腿同名肌肌力无显著差异,肌力较为均衡;踝关节前腿屈伸肌力均高于后腿,屈肌存在显著性差异.结论与建议:青少年男子击剑运动员下肢关节等速肌力特点表现为髋、踝关节双侧屈伸肌力不对称,膝关节专项力量特征不明显,与国家优秀男子击剑运动员相比下肢总体屈伸肌力偏低,建议在今后的训练中有针对性的加强薄弱环节的力量,根据前后腿在击剑运动中的功能特点区别对待其力量的发展.
